I became fascinated with the human body and its remarkable capacity to heal when given the right support and choices. This awareness, along with my close association with two prominent Rolfers, led me to pursue a career in Rolfing. In 2004, I began my initial studies in massage at the Institute of Psycho-Structural Balance. I went on to study at the Rolf Institute in Boulder, Colorado, and graduated in 2007. Since then, I’ve completed hundreds of hours of continuing education, mentorship, and assisted advanced trainings in the field. I’ve maintained a successful private practice in Los Angeles since 2007.

In addition to Rolfing, I also work with Reiki and offer dedicated Reiki sessions. This energetic modality allows me to support the nervous system, promote deep relaxation, and facilitate healing on a more subtle level. Whether working structurally, energetically, or through a combined approach, my intention is always to meet each client where they are and support their body’s innate intelligence.

Rolfing allows me to effectively address a wide range of pain-related and structural issues, including muscle tension, sciatic nerve symptoms, emotional stress, headaches, stiff neck, TMJ dysfunction, whiplash, poor posture, and computer-related strain, among many others. My practice is a blend of advanced understanding of the human form, specialized techniques, intuition, and presence. I strive to create an environment of utmost safety, compassion, and respect for every-body.
